Free SSL tools that run in your browser
Check, create, decode and convert. Private keys never leave your computer. Use them for any certificate, even one you bought somewhere else.

SSL Checker
Type a domain name and we connect to the server, read the certificate and tell you in plain English if anything is wrong. Use it after installing an SSL, before renewal, or when a browser shows "Your connection is not private".
Open tool →Why No Padlock
A valid SSL certificate is only half the job. If one image, script or font still loads over plain http, browsers hide the padlock. Paste your page URL and we list every insecure resource so you can fix it in minutes.
Open tool →CA Bundle Downloads
Your certificate is only trusted when the browser can follow the chain from your certificate to a trusted root. The CA bundle (intermediate certificates) makes that link. If you lost the bundle that came with your certificate, use the official sources below.

CSR Generator
You need a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) to activate any SSL certificate. This generator creates the CSR and the private key inside your browser using Web Crypto, so the private key never leaves your computer. Fill in the form, download both files, and paste the CSR when you activate your SSL.
Open tool →SSL Converter
Different servers want different file formats. cPanel and Nginx use PEM text files. Windows IIS and Exchange want a single PFX file with a password. Java servers often want P7B. Convert here without installing OpenSSL. Files stay in your browser.
Open tool →HTTPS Redirect Generator
After installing SSL you still need to send visitors from http to https. Choose your server, pick www or non-www, and copy the rules. This is the same redirect that fixes duplicate pages in Google Search Console.

CSR Decoder
A wrong letter in the common name means a reissue and a delay. Paste your CSR here and confirm every field before you activate your certificate.
Open tool →Certificate Decoder
Open any .crt or .pem file in a text editor, copy the block that starts with BEGIN CERTIFICATE, and paste it here. Useful when you have several certificate files and are not sure which one is the newest.
Open tool →Certificate Key Matcher
When cPanel or Nginx says the private key does not match, this tool finds out which file is the odd one. Everything is compared inside your browser. Your private key is never uploaded.
